Wunsch, Delaware’s State Geologist and Director of the Delaware Geological Survey, presented a paper titled  “Going with the Flow: Federal Funding Facilitates Progress for the U.S. National Ground-Water Monitoring Network” at the National Groundwater Association’s Groundwater Summit on Monday, April 25, in Denver Colorado.
