Kelvin W. Ramsey joined the Delaware Geological Survey in 1987. He has served as a Research Associate II & III, Associate Scientist and Scientist. Mr. Ramsey's areas of expertise include Sedimentology and Stratigraphy as related to research and applied studies of the Atlantic Coastal Plain.
Dr. Ramsey's current research includes surficial geologic mapping of the Delaware. He is currently conducting geologic mapping in the Clayton Quadrangle and a geologic assessment of the University of Delaware's STAR Campus. Other research interests include the record of Holocene sea-leve
